This is fine but wouldn't satisfy me for pizza. I love vegetables and fruit wayyy too much to ever give them up plus I always feel like crap when I eat too much meat and dairy. But every body is different! It is just fascinating to me. That being said I would love to know what those 2 tik tok Italians think of this lol

carnivore or not I would still put a pinch of oregano or basil but that just me.

Made it with canned chicken, egg, shredded mozzarella as a base. Cooked in air fryer 400 degrees for about 8-10

3/4 lb cooked chicken
1/2 C parm or parm blend
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
Blend in food processor. Bake for 20 min at 400’. Add cheese and toppings. Bake for another 10 min. Slice and enjoy!
