  1. This would be considered ‘guisado’ in Spanish, a stew. There’s actually plenty restaurants in Mexico that do this type of cooking and serve it with tortillas. Hence the term; Tacos de Guisado. I do this with leftovers. Any sort of meat or bird that’s leftovers, I stew it up and eat it with tortillas. Gotta try this receta…🙌🏽
