But I ate a lot of fruits like berries kiwi nectarine around 10 pcs of dark violet grapes 🍎 apple pineapples 1/2 cup orange & banana. I don’t eat them all everyday but maybe 3 to 4 kinds & banana is everyday. I have them for lunc with cottage cheese but my weight don’t go down. I have to meals a day but I have lantus before bed suppose to be 30 units but before my shot I took my sugar test and if my sugar is only 160 I lower my insulin for 15 becoz I make it 30 early morning I have hypoglycemia and I don’t have snack at night time. Is that right what I did or what’s the right thing to do?please help me, & thank you so much I’m a subscriber of your! God bless for your health informations!

  3. 14 GRAINS (country harvest) High source of fibre ,45g of whole gains, 0.5g of Omega 3..- Flax oat flakes, sunflower seeds, malted crushed wheat 🌾 and more…
Made in Canada 🇨🇦… Good Bread try it and thank me later…

  4. Good to see sourdough getting a mention but IMO the trouble with the examples you show is that they come in a packet. That is they are industrially manufactured breads.
It's not that hard to make your own bread, though it can be time consuming, particularly sourdoug but make it just once at home and you won't want to buy bread in a packet ever again.
