This is such a fun video.
For me, vegan food is not filling enough for long enough.
hii i'm looking for vegan friends, does anyone wanna be internet besties?🌱
I would love for you to do more cooking with almond milk and almonds, anything almond as opposed to the soy. Can you get as many choices of food from almond substitutions as you can with soy?

that one woman is so fixated on eating dead pig flesh. get over it lady.
11:23 that's why people should be seeking vegan options … that "that's what I'm here to do" face 11:50 LOL 😆👏
Vegan ramen that's what I Want, cause I am strict vegan, wish india also have a shop/restaurant like this
Pls bring Inga from About to eat !!
Anyone in Sydney Australia, the vegan ramen at RaRa Ramen is so gooooood!
I want to see Merle take on Uncle Roger—he always disses vegan food. I enjoy his content except when he does that.
why did that girl just randomly stand with a pineapple in her arm?
BRING Rach back and Make America great again!
I am open to trying vegan food but the options in india are pretty limited and i went to this vegan cafe where there was this thing called vegan chicken wings so I thought it would be made of beyond meat or something but it was deep fried cauliflower bites and i paid more for it than i would pay for chicken. Stuff like this makes you less interested in trying vegan food. But i think Meryl's recipes are not that difficult to recreate and i could definitely eat tasty vegan food because of her
both vegan ramens look more appetizing than the pork one
Uncultured white girl teaches a cultured Japanese girl. This ought to be interesting 😑
YAAAS love this
Has anyone found a plant based pork that might have fooled the guest expert?
I've had some really good vegan pork in vegan Asian restaurants, but I don't know the brand, etc.
If you wanted to try to duplicate the texture of pork, next time soften up the oyster mushroom in a pressure cooker.
As soon as she asked how she was going to recreat pork.
I immediately thought JACKFRUIT
My goodness, I love these two.
That Orange Polo Shirt Guy Uncle Rogers Says that Ramen is not a food to be cut by calories
It's about time lol. I haven't seen you in a while. I like the ramen 💡 idea. I would like for you to have Candace Hutchings (Edgy Veg), or sauce stache on the show with you. That would brighten my day lol!! Thanks a lot.
I guess she died her hair between going from the restaurant to the studio lmaooo
Please go to Mensho in San Francisco. They have a vegan ramen (2 actually, but they rotate one and the other is on the menu permanently) and I have to say it's probably THE BEST. It's creamy, smokey, meaty, and so flavorful. Absolutely the best. 🙂
@1:10 why does everyone in the background look photoshopped 😂😂
We all know that teacher would hate Merle.
We love Ria!
I been to gogoku a few times. It's always very good.
Any advice for which noodles you like to use?
wow amazing job on the vegan ramen
I LOVE GOGOKU!!! Their mushroom ramen is to die for.
I love Gokoku ramen! That and Ramenhood in LA
I love this vegan broth recipe. I don't love western roasted mirepoix broth because it's so sweet. I prefer the savory umami bomb broth made with kombu, dried shitake and bean sprouts.
OMGGGG I love this collaboration!!!!!!!!!!! I love Rie 😍🥰 I forgot you used to be at Tasty 😝 can’t lie, this is one of my favorite pairings in history
It looks so damn good!
In India 80% people (i think) are vegan. In international countries Indians don't have that many options in food. In India you actually CHOOSE if you want to be vegan or not. And India is popular for its spices and 10% (i think) of the spices in the world come for India. In international countries egg is SO important but in India it's not. I can say that because I am allergic to eggs and mostly American food has eggs in it.
bring nick DiGiovanni
I love how Rie is always honest and says exactly what she is thinking instead of sugar coating it.
Also, who makes the decision to subtitle certain people who are talking English? It's kind of annoying that you pick and choose who you can and can't understand. So you think it will help others by giving certain people subtitles.
