Whaaaaaaat was that gadget? I usually just use agar agar to make vegan caviar and then use a dropper to drop the liquid into a cup of cold oil to get my caviar balls and then rinse them off. Your way looks like it has fewer steps
Caviar is the most overrated food in existence. It’s extremely expensive and doesn’t taste like much. I’ve had real beluga caviar and cheap alternatives. All taste similar. Real caviar is slightly more mellow and briny. The cheap ones taste fishy and sometimes even bitter.
Btw, you can buy vegan caviar. It’s been available for a long time, even before veganism went mainstream.
