MANCHOW SOUP

Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 8 – 10 minutes
Serve 2

INGREDIENTS
– 2 tbsp oil – 2 बड़े चम्मच तेल
– 1 inch ginger, finely chopped – 1 इंच अदरक, बारीक कटा हुआ
– 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped – 2 लौंग, बारीक कटा हुआ
– 2 green chillies, finely chopped – 2 हरी मिर्च, बारीक कटी हुई
– ½ onion, finely chopped – ½ प्याज, बारीक कटा हुआ
– ½ carrot, finely chopped – ½ गाजर, बारीक कटा हुआ
– 3 tbsp cabbage, finely chopped – 3 बड़े चम्मच पत्तियों में कटा हुआ पत्ता
– Half tomato, finely chopped – आधा टमाटर, बारीक कटा हुआ
– 1/2 cup finely chopped French beans – 1/2 कप बारीक कटा हुआ फ्रेंच बीन्स
– 4 cups water – 4 कप पानी
– 2 tbsp soy sauce – 2 बड़े चम्मच सोया सॉस
– ½ tsp white pepper powder – ½ छोटी चम्मच सफेद मिर्च पाउडर
– 1 tsp chilli sauce – 1 छोटी चम्मच चिली सॉस
– 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup – 1/2 छोटी चम्मच टमाटर केचप
– 1 tsp aromatic powder – 1 छोटी चम्मच अरोमेटिक पाउडर
– 2 tsp cornstarch (corn flour) – 2 छोटी चम्मच कॉर्नस्टार्च (कॉर्न फ्लौर)
– 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped – 2 बड़े चम्मच धनिया पत्ती, बारीक कटी हुई
– Salt as required – स्वाद अनुसार नमक

For Fried Noodles:
1 cup Noodles – boiled (नूडल्स)
1 tbsp Corn-starch (कॉर्न स्टार्च)
Oil for frying (तेल)

PROCESS
1. To begin, rinse and chop all the veggies and set them aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pot and sauté 1 inch of finely chopped ginger, 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, and 2 finely chopped green chillies.
3. Add ½ cup of chopped onion, ½ cup of chopped carrot, 3 tbsp of chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup of French beans, and half a chopped tomato.
4. Stir-fry for a minute without overcooking the vegetables.
5. Pour in 4 cups of water and mix well.
6. Boil the mixture until all the flavors are well incorporated.
7. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of chilli sauce, and 1/2 tsp of tomato ketchup. Mix thoroughly. Also, add ½ tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of aromatic powder, and salt according to your taste.
8. In a small bowl, take 2 tsp of cornflour and mix it with ¼ cup of water. Pour the cornflour slurry into the soup and stir well.
9. Continue stirring and boil the soup until it slightly thickens and becomes glossy.
10. Finally, add 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander and give it a good mix.
