Cabbage Vegetable Soup – Slow Cooker

Sooo yummy …..

I love this soup. It’s perfect for a crisp fall day !!

Cabbage Vegetable Soup
2 – 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 small cabbage chopped
15 Oz can tomato sauce
15 Oz can stewed tomatoes
28oz diced tomatoes
2-4 chicken bullion cubes
4 cups water
Salt and Pepper

Dump all into slow cooker and cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-9 hours

I just watched your intro to 2022 program and was hoping there would be alot of details on the changes…its ok, I can figure them out. Started tracking today. Gonna make the WW Zero point chili and your vegetable soup to freeze for this week’s meals. I have missed your videos. Good to be back with you!

  2. I'm going to make this! I fell off the wagon and it ran over me! Starting again tomorrow. I love the Rada knives. There's a dealer in a flea market near my home and I've picked up several styles. The small cleaver is great for hacking through large sweet potatoes, squashes and cabbage.

  3. I too, fell off. Got some bad medical news in August and have been in a funk since. I guess I’m lucky, only put 5# back on, but I really need back on track. I was 3 # from goal, now 8#.😟. Crock pot recipes are wonderful. However, you didn’t mention high or low temp for how long, or how many servings and points final product is. I can’t wait to make this. Thank you.
