Normally in Philippines we make buko (coconut) salad or fruit salad. But in my recipe I combined the two and it’s absolutely delicious. This type of salad in Philippines is very popular for parties or special occassion. It’s a dessert that don’t required cooking, all you need to do is go to asian store and pick up all the ingredients and mix together. Simple, easy but it’s really good.

Ingredients:
2 bottle kaong
2 nata de coco
2 nestle cream
1 condensed milk
4 young coconut
2 fruit cocktail

Here how:
1. Rinse nata de coco, kaong and young coconut. Make sure drained it completely. Fruit cocktail need to drain but do not rinse.

2. Mix all ingredients and gave a good stir to incorporate all the ingredients

3. Chill for at least 4 hours and serve
