  1. I made it…. it was delicious…. buuuuuut I had a big juicy mess about 1/2 way through baking. Was that supposed to happen? Yours turned out so perfect. I’m wondering what I did wrong. I followed the directions to a T.

    Btw, I’m down 20Lbs on keto and IF in 4 weeks!!!!

  2. As soon as I started watching I said No! Cook the chicken before you food process it! Then as I watched and knew I was wrong! Cooking the meat raw in the oven helps it bind together! If you used ground pork it would be higher fat and truly keto! You need the fat content to be twice as much as protein plus carbs. 2:1 ration. GREAT RECEIPT!

  3. Ummmm….Not sure. Maybe I'll do flax meal or some other keto friendly flour sub with the cheese dough instead. Also, a tomato puree in limited amounts with seasoning isn't going to break the carb bank. I dunno. I'm half italian and there are some things that need to be a certain way.
