If you could include recipes for different salad dressings, dips, seasonings and sauces that are flavorful and yet healthy, it would be great. Thank you so much.

  2. Thank you so much for the salad videos. I've been waiting so long for salad videos. A humble request to include modifications in the recipes of the existing salads to make it more diabetic friendly.
    Please include more salad recipes which are high protein-low carb-low fat-low salt, diabetic and weight loss friendly and yet very flavorful.
    Please dedicate a video series each for healthy snacks(mid morning, tea time, before dinner and before sleeping), healthy tiffin, lunch and dinner ideas for weight loss and diabetes (with vegetarian/vegan friendly options).
