🥧 EASY BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP INGREDIENTS:
► 4 cups Broccoli (cut into florets)
► 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
► 3 1/2 cups Chicken broth (or vegetable broth, or bone broth)
► 1 cup Heavy cream
► 3 cups Cheddar cheese (pre-shredded)
► Oil for sauteing
Note: Additional thickeners are not required, but video mentions xanthan gum and cornstarch as options if you want it thicker than shown. Cornstarch would not be considered a healthy/low carb option.

  1. Yum yum.
    But you didn't use the best part of the broccoli. The stem.
    I just chop all of the head up except the bottom 2 inches of stem. (That goes to my dog) and then I plop it into my cool food processor…zoom zoom. Then while I sauté the garlic I add 8oz cream cheese and melt that into the garlic butter. Then everything else is the same.
    Yum Yum 😋
