Ingredients:

1 cup Kala Chana
1 cup Broccoli
Salt to taste
1 cup mixed sprouts
½ cup plain yoghurt
½ cup paneer
2 tbsp mint leaves
1 clove garlic
¼ cup cherry tomatoes
3 spring onions
½ cup red and yellow capsicum

Method:

Boil kala channa, broccoli, mixed sprouts. Each separately.

For dressing:
1. Add yoghurt, paneer, mint leaves, garlic and salt and grind it to a smooth paste.
2. In a bowl add, sprouts, tomatoes, spring onions, boiled channa, bell peppers, broccoli, paneer cubes, mint leaves and the dressing.

Mix well and serve fresh!
