Today I am sharing with you breakfast recipe for weight loss, this breakfast recipe for weight loss is made from oats and moong dal, as we all know oats are rich in fiber, and for proteins I too here moong dal, to make this recipe more healthy I added raw banana to it. It increases the nutrition of the recipe. Today I made oats paratha recipe this is a healthy idea for breakfast during weight loss, even you can take this recipe in your dinner time also. In this breakfast recipe for weight loss you will get only 88 calories in single paratha. Very healthy and tasty recipe it is. Those who have issues of PCOD/PCOS, thyroid and diabetes, high cholesterol issues they can also take this recipe in their breakfast.

Moong dal (green gram dhal)-100g
Raw banana-300g (3 no)
Capsicum-medium size(50g)
Carrot-medium size(60g)
Green chili-as per taste
Coriander leaves-as per taste
Turmeric- a pinch
Coriander powder-1tsp
Carom seeds 1/2tsp
Salt-as per taste
Ghee-10ml
