Bread Uttapam or Semolina Uttapam is a south Indian recipe that has never failed to win hearts. This version of the recipe is an instant uttapam recipe for the days when you just can’t yourself from thinking about having that uttapam without waiting.

Ingredients:
5 Slice – Brown bread ( Cut into small pieces and grind it
1/2 Cup – Sooji( semolina)
1/2 Cup – Curd
Rest 10 min and Keep a side
Add coarse Bread
1/2 Cup – Carrot Grated
1/2 Cup – Onion Chopped
1/2 Cup – Capsicum Chopped
1 no – Tomato Chopped
1/4 Cup – Coriander leaves Chopped
1 tbsp – Green Chilli Chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
Mix it well and add water and keep for 5 minutes
