QUINOA SALAD INGREDIENTS
(use organic ingredients where possible)

2 cups cooked quinoa
1 clove garlic, pressed, grated or finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained well
1 red bell pepper, quarter inch chopped
6 green onions, root removed, white and part of the greens chopped
1 handful cilantro, rough chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

    Lol then she says this would feed a lot of people. Call me legion, then. I could have rhat for lunch. This made me hungry. New sub here. Thanks for not addin music to the whole video. I think this makes it so more natural.

  2. Thank you Elizabeth. My digestive system loves black beans. This will be another great way to add it to our healthy diet. And a cooled salad is great living in Florida. You solved my garlic flavor mystery. Years ago I threw out my garlic press from get this 1970 that was hard to clean and opted for chopping instead but wondered why there was so much less garlic flavor in my dishes. Thanks for the gastronomic explanation. Must buy a new easy to clean one.
