GREEK TURKEY BURGER RECIPE
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup jarred roasted peppers chopped
1/4 cup Kalamata olives chopped
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS
Place turkey in a large bowl and add garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and yogurt. Using your hands, combine until everything is well incorporated. Add peppers, olives, and feta cheese to the turkey mixture and gently work into the meat until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Using your hands, form four burger patties.
Heat the grill pan over medium heat and place burgers on the pan. Grill for about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Place burgers inside a few leaves of butter lettuce and top with a couple of tablespoons of Tzatziki. Enjoy!

For those who have been with me for a while, you may remember this recipe – it's a C&D classic and SO delicious! They are perfect for the weekend and also great for meal prep. Enjoy them, Fam! XO – Dani
Danny I can't thank you enough. I made this with Chicken and it came out so so good. I had tried to make minced chicken burgers in the past and they came out like chalk and rubber. Your recipe just nailed it. The only addition I made was to add jalapeños as well. This is a terrific recipe and my children loved it. yet another healthy breakfast which can be made in less than 30 minutes.
Sorry but too much sodium!
I love your channel, I have made quite a few of your recipes
I would love to make this, what could I used instead of yogurt?
Tonight again…
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
These burgers were amazing! We did a variation on the sauce. We made ours with cilantro instead of cucumber. You should try it!
It was good and easy! I cheated and bought TJ’s Tzatziki sauce. One question- it was super watery as I formed the patty. I squeezed liquid out. The red bell peppers I had were pretty watery; I drained as much liquid as I could. Did anyone else have the same experience. I was pleased that the burgers stayed together too. I thought I’d end up with a bunch of chunks
I bet they would work as balls, cooked at 350 in the oven for 18 min.
Definitely giving this a try!
I was delighted and grateful with the immediate healing I got through Dr. Agboya herbal medicine after many years of being a patient with HSV2. Keep saving people's lives Dr Agboya is here on your YouTube channel
What if you don't have a grill? 😕 Can you cook them in a pan?
I just had to get back on here & say "thank you", I don't really eat meat but when I do I eat chicken, turkey & fish only but I wanted to try this recipe and WOW, It was good!! I don't like feta so I left it out but it was still so good & will be making more.
Turkey burger nice
Your pronunciation before being 'corrected', was actually correct.
Lovely recipe. Tzatziki is a tongue twister, I know, esp for a non Greek like you. The guy is right though, it's pronounced like ''jazz'' and not tadziki ….😀
Just made these last night and this is my new favorite way to make turkey burgers! You hit this one out of the park Dani!!! Thank you
Do you know of good affordable kitchen knives and a good affordable cutting board. I need better knives but my family struggles with money.
Looks delicious!
Amazing 😋😋👍👍
Okay! I made tacos. I used fresh red bell peppers and giant Chalkidiki olives (Trader Joe’s). I used half the amount of lplain yogurt but I will NEVER have ground turkey again without it. My tacos were amazing. I made the Tziki sauce as in Dani’s recipe but just sprinkled finely cubed cucumbers on top of it. This is one of the best things I’ve eaten. Thank you again and again, Dani. One day I’ll make them exactly as you outlined.
I suddenly feel very hungry…These look DELICIOUS!
Hey Dani! Great video! Your husband's recipe looks so yummy. What other ways do you like to use greek yogurt?
Fresh dill is “I-dill” 😅
My Turkey Mince is outside and decided to follow you.
Thanks so much for this recipe.
I love your recipes.
Continue to follow💌🌺
As a Greek, I can say that there are different recipes for tzatziki. I would recommend my family's version to accompany red meats:
Cucumber
Yogurt
Fresh Mint (finely chopped)
Garlic
White wine vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
White pepper
Could you please tell me calories and range of WW points?
Yum can't wait to eat it 😋
Looks so yummy Dani 😊
Great recipe, Dani. Made the mistake of telling my wife about it and now I will be making it for us…
I love Turkish food ❤️
Nice variation. Turkey burgers can be so bland.
Thank you for the recipe I like turkey burgers and this looks great ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Can’t wait to try this!
Just perfect thank you
Thanks for the video! As a Greek I can vouch for your tzatziki recipe being actually authentic – too many times I see "tzatziki" recipes on the Internet that are from that but you know your stuff 😃
