Hi, everyone!
In this first video, we are introducing our everyday bread which is made with lupin flour.
And, seeds are always added for that extra nutty flavour.
We hardly taste the after bitter taste of lupin flour so at times no sweetener is even added in our baking recipes any more.

450ml warm water (38 – 42C)
1 tsp honey (feed for the yeast)
13 g dry instant yeast
Mix all and leave for 6 – 10 minutes.

230g vital wheat gluten flour
100g extra fine flaxseed meal
60g oat fibre
160g sweet lupin flour
2 – 3 TBSP sweetener of your choice
2 – 2.5 tsp salt

1 Cup of mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds

3 lightly whisked eggs (room temperature)

60g softened salted butter

* For a softer dough, it can be customised by using less vital wheat gluten flour and add more lupin flour.

This is a large bread so you’ll need a 5.5 inch x 9.5 inch sized bread pan.

* If you’re allergic to peanuts then lupin flour is not for you.

드라이 이스트 13g

필수 밀 글루텐 가루 230g
곱게 간 아마씨 가루 100g
오트 파이버 가루 60g
루핀 가루 160g
에리스톨 감미료 2 – 3 큰술
소금 2 – 3 작은술

해바라기씨 1/2컵 + 호박씨 1/2컵

달걀 3개 (실온)

실온 버터 60g





  1. I'm baking the loaf now. It is a massive hunk of dough. I may have put a tad bit more of yeast. Had to cut the dough, like 1/4 th of four a small baby loaf. 60 min is to long. It's in there still at 45 min. I think I'll need to take it out. The crust looks as brown as yours. The glass pan I seeit's quite brown also

  2. Hello !!! Looks great ! The seeds are a lovely addition! I have lupin flower and the wheat gluten. What I do not have is oat fiber. Since its fiber, could I substitute it for psyllium husk you think? Looking forward to more videos. By the way i love this " chatter free " formula. 🙂
