3. In a separate saute pan, add butter, diced onions and diced celery and cook until tender and translucent.
4. Add chorizo and cook until crispy or desired texture

6. Add bread back into the pan with Kettle and Fire Bone Broth, heavy cream, pecans and herbs
7. Add salt to taste and transfer to a casserole dish
8. Bake at 325F for 20 minutes
