Hey Everyone today we are making THE BEST KETO MASHED POTATOES RECIPE! How to Make Keto Low Carb Mashed Potatoes with Chicken Gravy for Thanksgiving that is ONLY 1 NET CARB

Ingredients:
Cauli – Mash Recipe:
1 large head of cauliflower
¼ cup of unsalted butter
3 tablespoons of sour cream
2 teaspoons of garlic, minced (If you are using already minced garlic, use 1 tsp)
¼ cup of parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of heavy cream

Keto Chicken Gravy:
1/2 cup Kettle & Fire chicken broth (Discount code: LOWCARBLOVE) – (If you want turkey gravy, use turkey broth)
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Salt and pepper to taste
NOTE: To avoid clumps, combine the butter and xanthan gum first and mix until thoroughly combined! Also, if it gets too thick, add more broth!

Tip:
Always adjust to taste.

  1. Gouda, bacon & mayo in place of sour cream tastes awesome as well. For sure using the processor or emersion blender is key also. I think fresh cauli makes it better too. I've tried frozen for mash but it always tastes best with fresh like you did here.❤️
    I always use a little xantham gum to keep it from being watery too.
