Iron Rich Soup For All Without Corn Flour
8 cups Spinach
2 cups Purple cabbage
1 cup Mix veg frozen packet (carrots, Peas, Corn, Beans)
Half cup Moong dal/yellow dal
Salt to taste
Dash of Black pepper
Half Lime juice
1 teaspoon Coconut milk
