Your channel is literally the reason why I have gone vegan without any problem so far because I really like cooking and am a foodie and cannot stand boring food.   2. I get that you are trying to hit different with your thumbnails and try to show people that vegan food can also look like normal food. But all it does is make me want to eat a nice piece of meat with gravy and potatoes.
    Like I scroll through my videos, see yours, want to press it for a split second, but then realize it's vegan. Then I get sad. And then I crave the normal dish.
    Saying this as someone who used to be vegan and vegetarian. Because I know first hand that sure, vegan food can look exactly like meat, but it sure as hell doesn't taste like it. So I get this good taste in my mouth seeing the picture, and then a second later I get a vegan taste in my mouth. And it doesn't do anything to bring me back to being vegan sad to say.

  3. You have the same sauce jug as my grandma. She would add a few (a ton of) cooked button mushrooms and kettle onions (not sure of the names, the small cute ones). So kids could compete to get more shrooms less onions… Probably we were just having that as a meal, the sauce, the mushrooms, soaked with bread, we'd disappear… then we'd come back for the desserts.
