Sounds like a good simple recipe will have to try it. By the way what happened to your website? I just get an error message saying "Error establishing a database connection."
A bit of lemon juice would go nice.
This came out great. I used 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies. We ended up having it over whole wheat ramen. Delicious.

Great recipe as always. Thank you for sharing. I’m going to try this (I am not eating beans right now) so
instead of the chickpea flour I’ll purée some potatoes (also in my soup) with veg broth and add to the pot to thicken the soup.

Love it! I sometimes use oat flour to thicken soups, stews, gravy, and the like, but happy to have an alternate!

Can you add salt or was there already salt in the vege stock? I like using Hermamare salt.
