  1. I watched a video yesterday saying that egg whites are more harmful than egg yolks, and that the yolks contain more vitamins so not to omit them. So many conflicting ideas on here. I will go on eating full eggs a few times a week. Do people really eat cheese for breakfast?? โ˜น๏ธ

  3. Saw the carnivorous diet in youtube last few days. Bfast bacon & egg, lunch tuna or salmon & dinner grilled steak . The video owner only buy 6 items for grocery all the above plus butter. Losing weigh tremendously for the past 3 years . Do you think a diabetic patient could take up such a diet. Tried this for 7 days n my reading improve but i really cant go on with this. Is there any side effect with carnivore diet? Btw I love my vege & try to cut down my carb n fruit.
