Berry sorbet – Dairy free, LCHF, Keto, Banting, Sugar free

This berry sorbet will help you cool down on those endless summer days. This sorbet is dairy free but surprisingly creamy!

Ingredients:

-1 small can of coconut milk (about 270 ml)
-40 g powdered stevia
-280 g mixed berries

Method:
-Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
-Pour mixture into ice cube trays to freeze overnight
-Once frozen, add desired amount of cubes (1/4 of the mixture is one serve) to a blender and crush for 1 to 2 minutes, stopping a couple of times to scrape down the sides of the blender ***make sure your blender is able to crush ice***
