  1. Hi! I stumbled on your channel. That teriyaki tofu with veggies looked so great. I’m going to try that way by freezing the tofu. Loved the video and have been getting back to being vegan again. Thanks for sharing. Now I’m going to watch the rest of your videos 🙂. Blessings from Tampa Florida 🌴

  2. First timer viewer!🙋🏾‍♀️ Meals looked delicious! I’m vegan-ish, not fully committed but definitely vegetarian. I tend to fall into a rut with my foods and eating the same things repeatedly. I want to start experimenting with tofu and that recipe looked delicious! I have an air fryer and I need to put it to more use 😂. Keep the videos coming! Thanks!

  3. Judgment is this more of the question I notice a lot of people saying that they’re vegan are eating tofu and I and I just want to understand again is not a judgment is a question how is tofu healthier as a processed substitute better than meat I’m kind of confused about that because some people say it’s OK and some people say it’s not but based on what I understand tofu was definitely not good for women regarding the hormones but if you can educate me otherwise I’ll be more than glad to hear it again no judgment it’s just a question I’m starting out on this and doing research
