Hello. I just discovered your channel. I have a hamburger vegetable soup that is very similar to your. The big difference is no bell pepper or garlic. I’ll have to try adding the bell pepper and see what happens, adding the chopped parsley stems was very interesting. I usually discard those and adding the quinoa…I’ll have to try that twist.
