1.Barley -1 cup
2.water – 1 cup
3.salt- 1 tsp
4.spinach – A bunch
5.Potato -1 small
6.capsicum-1/2 (diced)
7.Soya sauce (optional)-1tsp
8.Chicken ( cubed) – 1 cup
9.Onion 1/2( diced)
