1. Add the coconut to a food processor and process to the finest consistency it can get to. 2. Add all the dry ingredients and pulse them in. 3. Add the wet ingredients and process everything together on high until a ball forms. ( this can take a while and you might need to pause a couple times to scrape the sides) 4 Shape the mixture into balls or roll them out and cut into bars.
