Raw vegan chocolate I use:

This chocolate is absolutely amazing, no sugar, only sweetened with dates and it´s raw, vegan, gluten free, salt free and so yummy! Shipping is possible world wide. Try it out 😉

Banana bread:
Ingredients dough:
6 bananas
cinnamon as needed
3 tbsp ground buckwheat
2 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tbsp psyllium husks
6 Dark Choc Diamonds (chopped)
6 Mylk Choc Diamonds (chopped)
1 Hazelnut Choc Slice (chopped)
Ingredients toppings:
10 White Choc Diamonds
2 tbsp coconut flakes
Preparation:
Mash the bananas and mix well with all the other ingredients for the dough. Spread the dough out in the form of a loaf on a drying tray and dry in the dehydrator for 4-6 hours. For the topping, melt the White Choc Diamonds and spread them on the bread as you like. Sprinkle with coconut and chill in the fridge until the chocolate is set. Slice and enjoy.
