  1. Nne you are right , in Igbo cooked soup is different from made soup. The made one is better than the cooked one. Only that if you know, you know ,I won't name names because every village in Anambra, Imo up to cameroun, every tribe and tongue might have how they say this. If you are a foreigner reading this 'ofe' means “ soup'’ 'if you are Spanish It 's called “Estofado” the made soup" is called "ofe etelu ete" it is like your Grandmother' s home made food. "Ofe esilu esi " is "cooked soup" and it's just a random soup, can be delicious 😋 as well , but the grandma's is always the Best. Thank You for sharing 👍

  2. I'm living in Nnewi, the gospel truth is, they are bad cook, it's in there DNA. No where one can get authentic… Betterleaf, Ora, ogbono soup to enjoy in this town call Nnewi. When comes to delicious fingers licking local delicacies, shout-out to ONITSHA and AWKA, they sabi well well. Is made in heaven
