Here’s a sugar-free and dairy-free ice cream using avocados. Let’s start summer off on a good foot! Get some healthy fats, fiber and potassium with your dessert (or breakfast). And, yes dates contain sugars, but the real health concern comes from refined added sugar, empty calories and artificial sweeteners. Avocado is such a light flavor that it’s easily overpowered by whatever else you mix in, just make sure you’re not using old avocados lol. I highly recommend adding some fresh mango to this as well. I tried it after shooting the video and it was wayyyy better that way.
