  1. Oh my God, this looks so delicious and not that hard to make at all! I had vegan paella once in Belfast at a Christmas market, where they had brought in chefs from Spain at one of the stalls. They had a vegan option, which I got. I'm Indian and we use saffron a lot in our cooking too, so while the saffron flavour was familiar to me, I really liked the texture of the dish and how steamy it was. But it could've had more veggies, so I'm definitely gonna try and make this one! Thanks for sharing! ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. Hey! This vegan paella looks really good but I was wondering if you have a video for the traditional chicken-rabbit-snail paella? I'm curious what is the easiest and most straightforward way to make it. Does it have large white lima beans and flat green beans as well? Thanks!

  3. Iโ€™ve been vegan for over a week now, and wanted to try this, had to skip the beans, but this paella was the best thing Iโ€™ve ever tried, really easy to do and delicious, thanks for the recipe, Iโ€™ll be definitely be cooking this every sunday hahahah

  4. I grew up in America, but I have Valรจncian relatives and Paella was basically the go to meal for any occasion. We are moving to Valencia in 2020 and I cannot wait to try it there. Hopefully there are some vegan restaurants that offer it. If not Iโ€™ll have to open my own ๐Ÿ˜‚ awesome video though.

  5. Oh my word I should have known you could make an amazing Paella dish Albert. I made my first pan of Paella yesterday. I made it with ingredients I had on hand and was pleasantly surprised how well it turned out. After watching this video, I will be stepping up my Paella game๐Ÿ˜€ hope all is well with you my friend. Be Blessed and take care! Josie
