  1. This not a criticism but an observation. I have seen western cucumber salad, Korean Kim Chi n sourkraut made. They all follow the same pattern of adding salt, letting it seat n squeeze the juice out. I am really thinking why they r throwing away the nutrients down the sink? When I eat cucumber raw, I just skin, cut them n served them w/a salad dressing over it. Nutrients, vitamins n all. Luv u Angel.
