  1. Be sure to check the ingredients/numbers/colourings in food gels and colourings, too. Many are vegan friendly by default nowadays, but not always! Same goes for things like sprinkles and toppings… not always vegan. Be sure to look up the ingredients and e-numbers to know for sure, or contact the manufacturer. 🙂
