Recipes :

✨ first salad
desired amount of romaine lettuce
desired amount of cherry tomatoes
1/2 tbsp olive oil/extra light olive oil ( for caramelizing )
1/2 tbsp EXTRA virgin olive oil ( you can add more if you want to )
a pinch of sea salt
80g grapes
28g toasted Walnuts
30g feta cheese
1/2 tbsp lemon juice

✨second salad
desired amount of spinach
1/2 tbsp EXTRA virgin olive oil ( you can add more if you want to )
a pinch of sea salt
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
desired amount of cherry tomatoes
5g sliced almonds
15g grated parmesan

100g chicken breast
2 tsp (13g) srircha sauce
2 tsp maple syrup
5g melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic pwder
( oven at 230 degrees celsius for 8 minutes )

75g sweet potato
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground cumin ( i think it’s better without cumin )
1/4 tsp garlic powder
( oven at 210 degrees celsius for 16 minutes, flip it halfway )
