  1. I don't know if the almond flour in the US is different, but I have (after 2 years on keto) come to absolutely detest almond flour. After eating it my mouth/teeth is full of gritty bits for hours! Here in Australia I can get "Well and Good Seriously Low Carb Self Raising Flour" and although it's higher in carbs than almond flour I prefer to just eat less and enjoy.

  2. I wish this was out last week. I tried to convert a coconut macaroon recipe for my husband and got sawdust balls because I didn’t back off on the coconut flour.

    Question… if I try again, when using unsweetened coconut in a recipe… should I add extra sugar substitute?

  3. You're just AMAZING!!!! TY sooo much for sharing your secrets.
    I'm 23 days into KETO and having such a hard time making the right decisions on what to eat. I initially spent $245 bucks buying groceries and I keep finding myself eating the SAME things. You make it look so easy.
    I hope Im able to stick to this major change….because I HOPING and PRAYING it will make a major change in my pain and fatigue level…FOR THE BETTER!!! Fibro, CFS, Epstein Barr, CRPS, bilateral neuropathy and whatever else I'm forgetting (from my early dementia) are absolutely taking the life out of me!! I actually… need a miracle. 😩

  4. Personally, I'd rather you do the math and the figuring out, and the experiments, than butchering a recipe, especially if it is baking (not to mention, the ingredients are expensive). You have so many good recipes, I will rely on you and your expertise….but thanks for the info anyways, always good to know.

  5. What a great video! I just wish you’d been making videos and giving out this information 15 years ago! I know how long it took you to figure out all the conversions because I know how long it took me. This is a truly wonderful gift to your viewers! But we definitely still need you!!! You keep thinking up new recipes and pushing us out of our ruts to try something new!
