This is a sneaky little tip to sneak in more alkaline foods into your diet (and your partner/kids diet too!).
It takes absolutely no time, but this tip added 4-5 serves of raw veggies to a meal that served 2 adults and 1 child (so about 2 extra serves of veggies each!).
