AIR FRYER ZUCCHINI FRIES – LOW CARB KETO | NINJA FOODI GRILL RECIPES

Today I wanted to share how I make air fryer zucchini fries in the ninja foodi grill. The best part about this recipe is that it can be made in any fryer using the same exact method. This ninja foodi grill recipe is great for the entire family, and did I mention they are delicious?

Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
1 large egg beaten
½ cup of almond flour
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Pinch of salt and pepper
Grapeseed oil or oil of choice

  1. Love your videos Gurl Friend! But! Please do us all a favor and get a darn Cutting Board? When your knife slipped I jumped! Save your digits Gurl, not to mention cutting on any other surface will cause some serious damage to your knives? Especially any high-end knives. You should only be cutting on softwood or silicone or heavy-duty cutting boards. Not preaching here just worried for both your fingers and your knives.;)) P.s. did you do these with the IP Air Fryer Lid? I am curious if they would work with that lid as it is what I recently purchased for my IP?

  2. Hi Rachel, I love your video. I just got the ninja foodie air crisp pressure cooker. I was wondering did you salt your zucchini and sweat them, drying them before you batter them? The recipe in my cookbook for the ninja calls for that, and I was just wondering if you did that or not and how crispy did your zucchini fries come out if you didn’t?
