  6. I known high fat content is what you want in Keto but I just can't stand fat. I just can't do it! The pork belly looks good afterwards but it's not for me. I wonder how lean thicker pork chops would work? That I might do. I also don't like thick hamburgers. I make mine almost see through and with very lean meat. I do however love cheese so I could get the fat from that I suppose. I d o like almost all your recipes so keep making them! Does CJ ever do the cooking? I know he does all the editing and so forth but it would be fun to see you both cook. Thanks for the videos!

  19. I just caught your daughter's comment on your hair. My hair dresser of 25 yrs would always ask how I wanted my hair. I would say.." the usual". She would say. " Here we GO.. back to the 80's!". I would say, " Pack your bags!, what a ride!". Mine was the BIG HAIR ( Farrah Fawcett), and still is. Love it!

  24. I have a Bella air fryer and absolutely love it! I'm so glad you did a burger recipe because that's the one thing I've tried to cook and they come out looking like hockey pucks! These burgers look so delicious and juicy. I can't wait to try it especially with the cheese stuffed on the inside! Thanks for giving the exact cooking temp and time for the burgers. I think that's where I messed up by overcooking them, they tasted okay, just crispy and dry (🙄😂)!

  26. Your daughter is adorable! I have added cheese that I shred with coarsely chopped Shiitake mushrooms to my ground beef and then make my patties. I never thought to sandwich the cheese like you did. What a great idea! Can’t wait to try the crispy pork belly. Thank you again for such great recipes & ideas.
