Air Fryer Chicken Thighs – Air Fryer Keto Recipe
Whether you are on a low carb diet or not, this air fryer chicken thigh recipe is crispy and delicious! Instead of using flour or bread crumbs which are loaded with carbs, we will be using crushed up pork rinds/skins for the breading. The pork rinds/skins work very well and the ones I’m using have 0 carbs and sugars. You can’t beat that! Just a note: I will be adding some Air Fryer Keto recipes to my usual no diet restriction Air Fryer recipes. I just started the Keto way of eating recently and want to share Keto recipes with others that are also on this journey. But don’t worry. I won’t be going all keto on you. 😉


5oz Bag Pork Rinds/Skins

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Dried Thyme

1/2 tsp Dried Basil

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Hi Kelly , happy Sunday greetings to you ! Dang it girl, those thighs look really good. Where did you get the idea to use pork rinds or skins for the breading? Do you still prefer your Cook's Essentials over all the other Air Fryers out there ? I went to the Minnesota Renaissance festival last Sunday and I'm still recovering from too many smoked turkey legs and too many glasses of mead ! I'd better stick to keto friendly chicken thighs !!
