  1. Thanks, Caitlin! I'm trying them all! I love the cauliflower lentil salad, so I am adding that to the menu this week. The kale, apple, and walnut salad is reminiscent of a salad I make like this adding chickpeas and roasted sweet potatoes or butternut squash, so that goes on the menu! The roasted butternut squash salad looks delicious! I may need to wait to get my hands on the feta for that. And I want to try the farro salad when I can get the farro. It's not at my regular grocery store. I'll take a trip to Sprouts soon for feta and farro!
