Teriyaki tempeh and leek:

Sauce for the veggie noodles:
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
– juice of 1/2 a lime
– 1/2 tsp coconut sugar

Creamy coconut lentils:
– 1/2 brown onion, diced
– 2 tsp massaman curry paste
– 1/2 cup coconut cream
– 1/4 cup tinned tomatoes
– 400g tinned brown lentils, drained and rinsed
– 1 tsp coconut sugar
– salt and pepper

More yummy 😋 recipes and I don't buy microwave rice because it is just a marketing term or excuse to charge consumers more because I microwave normal rice and it cooks the same.
