🍫 single-serve choc cake recipe:

🍑 peach and apple crumble:
(serves two)
preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced
1 apple, diced
handful of tinned peaches, diced
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
~ baked for 15-20 minutes
3/4 cup almond meal
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup coconut sugar
pinch of salt
1/3 cup vegan butter
~ baked for a further 15 minutes

🍓 oat slice:
preheat the oven to 180°c fan-forced
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup plain flour
pinch of salt
1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup
+ fresh raspberries on top
bake for 40 mins

🍚 rice pudding:
1/2 cup sushi rice, washed
1 and 1/2 cups oat milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp maple syrup
3/4 cup oat cream
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
+ berries to serve

🫐 cheats blueberry danishes:
preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced
defrost 2 x sheets of puff pastry
1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
^ mixed together to form sweet cream cheese
evenly distribute between puff pastry
add blueberry jam as desired (i recommend approx 1 tbsp per danish)
brush with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden
