today’s video is all about BREAKFAST – arguably my favourite meal of the day. hope you enjoy & get some brekky inspo!

almond cream cheese recipe:

cinnamon rolls:

choc-chip banana pancakes:
(makes 4)
– 1/2 cup self-raising flour
– pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– 1/2 cup soy milk
– 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 1 banana
– 1 tsp maple syrup

roasted pumpkin (for toastie):
– 485g pumpkin, skin off, cut into 1 inch slices
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 2 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/4 tsp salt
toss the pumpkin in the oil, spices and salt, place on a lined baking tray and bake for 30 mins at 210°C fan-forced, turning once

baked oats:
– 2 cups oats
– 1 cup soy milk
– 1 heaped tbsp almond butter
– 1 tbsp flax meal
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 + 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
blackerries + white choc as desired
baked for 20-25 mins at 190°C fan-forced
