  1. Everyday looked delicious! All I have time for on weekday mornings is overnight oats, but on weekends I like to treat myself to a Mexican style omelette with just egg, poblano peppers, cheddar cheese shreds, and chorizo from trader joes (all vegan ofc) 💖

  2. As vegans how much bread or starch should you consume a day. Im new to veganism and really wanting to research and learn thr thing is is bread used to make me sooo fat and i wanna stay in shape so im trying to see how much you intake with starch and what workouts help? Or other foods that help balance it all out sorry im so complicated please reply back❤😎🤙

  3. You should have a series where each video is a recipe from a different country – made vegan.
    Indian -Malai Kofta
    Mexican- Mole
    Chinese- dumplings / fried rice
    Ecuadorian- empanadas de
    Viento/ llapingachos
    Thai- pad Thai
    Peru- papa a la huancaina
Maybe even have a subscriber send you the recipe for the dish you plan to make vegan .
Have them include how/ why this dish is significant to them and their culture

  4. so, my mornings are very busy so I almost always have the exact same thing: air fry the veggie burger from Costco, put it on 2 pieces of toast, add avocado, hummus, and sliced cucumbers and eat that as a sandwich! (Don’t like sweet breakfasts) it’s super filling and low effort

  5. 16:40 Never had proper tacos and every time you make any Mexican inspired vegan dishes I feel like I really need to explore this cuisine more. Maybe that cookbook is indeed perfect for me 😀
Anyways, sending you both all the love!
Stay safe and have a wonderful week ahead!
