I have seen a lot of these videos bumping around and so far this was the only one where I respected the meals. Having hearty and healthy satiating meals is more important than just tracking calories. Most of my nutrition is focused on training performance, but any full meals I eat I make sure they are whole organic local ingredients that I cook with.
