instead of sriracha; sambal oelek! It has chili seeds in it so not the same consistency but no sugar (at least not in the one i have from lucullus) and spicy and awesome 😀

You could use Sambal Oelek instead, often there's only one ingredient! 🥰
If you like really spicy things I eat my food with Habanero oil, its oil but you will only need a little bc its that spicy. It doesn't really have a flavor other than spicy lol so i just mix it with healthier non spicy sauces 🙂
