  1. RECIPE (3-4 servings, 15min prep time):
    -1 onion
    -2 cloves garlic
    Fry in some oil
    -3 carrots
    Peel, shred and add to the pan.
    -1 can (220g) cooked lentils
    -1 Tsp each paprika, cumin, dried herbs
    -salt to taste
    -2 Tbsp tomato paste
    Stir fry for a few minutes and add some parsley.
    Sauce:
    -2 Tbsp each vegan yogurt and hummus
    -1 Tsp sriracha
    -some lime juice
    Mix and assemble on a tortilla.

  2. Hey ❤😊 ich hab dir mal auf Instagram gefolgt aber jetzt hab ich leider kein Instagram mehr. Du machst immer voll die leckeren Rezepte. Ich hab fast jedes Rezept von dir nachgemacht von Instagram ich hab mich so inspiriert das ist einfach unglaublich😊

  3. That's lunch sorted! The only fresh veggie I have right now is carrots and I had some greek yogurt on it's way out (not vegan but often looking to reduce meat/animal products in my diet) so this is perfect! The only con is I have to make the tortillas, so it won't be as quick for me haha. I love your content and recipes!!!
