Here we are to explore how to make tasty and healthy low glycemic load recipes especially for diabetics. You don’t need to sacrifice taste if you have diabetes, you just need to explore options.
In this video, we will learn to make low glycemic load pizza Diabetic Patients using Diabexy Atta with just 4 Glycemic Load.
50 Diabexy atta
Cut vegetable such as onion, bell peppers, mushroom etc.
Grated cheese ( mozerella or any other conventional cheese such as pamesan, fretta or chedar cheese)
Home made shejwan sauce / Pizza sauce.
– Make Pizza base using Diabexy Atta
– Place all the cut veggies to cover the entire roti – pizza base.
– Add the grated cheese, while placing the veggies.
– overload the grated cheese & place few basil leaf ( optional) on top.
– Bake it in Oven for 15 min.
– Keep an eye, so that you don’t burn it.
– take out, once baked, sprinkle some oregaono & chilli flakes.
– Cut it to slices with a pizza cutter
– Enjoy it hot.
