INGREDIENTS:
For Dressing
๐Ÿ”น1/3 cup olive oil
๐Ÿ”นZest of 1 lemon
๐Ÿ”นJuice of 1 to 2 lemons
๐Ÿ”น1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
๐Ÿ”น3 tsp Dijon mustard
๐Ÿ”น1 tsp sumac
๐Ÿ”นยฝ tsp paprika

For chicken salad
๐Ÿ”น12 ounces cooked chicken, shredded (Rotisserie chicken will work)
๐Ÿ”น1 to 2 shallots, chopped
๐Ÿ”น2 celery stalks, chopped
๐Ÿ”น1 15-oz marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
๐Ÿ”น1 to 2 oz sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
๐Ÿ”นHandful fresh Italian parsley (about 1 cup packed), chopped
๐Ÿ”น1/3 cup shelled walnuts, chopped
๐Ÿ”นSalt and pepper
